Stio Men’s Pinedale XT Hooded Jacket

The beauty of technical softshell has always been its pure lightweight simplicity. Far-ranging flexibility, weather-shedding fabric and heightened breathability formed the holy trinity of mountain performance for peak bagging, fast packing or skyrunning. We went back to those foundational roots with our Pinedale XT, a streamlined 125g, three-season, four-way stretch soft shell with heaps of breathability and inherent material toughness. A DWR treatment sheds weather at the surface, while a bonded-brim hood with peripheral adjustment provides extra storm insurance. Half-elastic cuffs and a flat-front hem reduce weight and bulk. Zippered hand and chest pockets stow critical items.
